Regional Hub Workshop for the Caribbean

In June 2014 at the sidelines of the Standing Committee on Finance Forum and the Climate Investment Funds Stakeholder Forum, PANOS Caribbean (Jamaica) organized a 2 day workshop to launch the Caribbean Regional Hub under the Adaptation Fund NGO Network. The goal of the regional hub is to support civil society and government actors in the Caribbean in processes regarding the Adaptation Fund (AF). The Regional Hub will also take over the role of encouraging members of the AF NGO Network in the Caribbean to participate in AF NGO Network activities. Similar Regional Hubs will be set up in East Africa, South Africa, West Africa, Latin America and Asia/Pacific over the next years.
