OFEDI Benin
OFEDI is an organization based in Benin (West Africa) which offers a range of solutions to development issues particularly those relating to energy, climate change and environment through an integrated approach. It conducts action research and projects, participates in national and international meetings on energy and the environment. The organization submits its point of view through communications, training and other events. The target group on which they are mainly focusing on are women (and women's groups) and national NGOs.

HONDURAS

Fundación Vida
In Honduras our partner is the NGO Fundación Vida. This Foundation has been working for more than 19 years in areas around development and environment. In Honduras the Adaptation Fund will finance a project submitted by UNDP which intends to address climate change risks on water resources: Increased Systematic Resilience and Reduced Vulnerability of the Urban Poor

JAMAICA

Panos Caribbean is a regional organization which helps journalists to cover sustainable development issues that are overlooked and misunderstood. It works to amplify the voices of the poor and the marginalized through the media and ensure their inclusion in public and policy debate, in order to enable Caribbean communities and countries to articulate and communicate their own development agenda. 
Jamaica as one of the direct access countries has submitted a project to enhance the Resilience of the Agriculture Sector and Coastal Areas to Protect Livelihoods and Improve Food Security for funding by the Adaptation Fund. The implementing entity is the Planning Institute of Jamaica.

SENEGAL

ENDA Third World (ENDA-TM) is an international non-profit organisation based in Dakar, Senegal. ENDA collaborates with grassroots groups in search of alternative development models on the basis of the experience, expectations and objectives of marginalized people. 
In Senegal, the following project will be implemented with resources from the AF: Adaptation to Coastal Erosion in Vulnerable Areas in Senegal. The implementing entity is the "Centre de Suivie Écologique".

Indigo South Africa
The Indigo Trust is a grant making foundation that funds technology-driven projects to bring about social change, largely in African countries. The Trust focuses mainly on innovation, transparency and citizen empowerment. We will also consider innovative projects, which utilise Information Technologies to support development outcomes in any sector including the health, education, human rights and agricultural spheres.
